Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

Cantor Tactical Systems, Cantor Tactical, CTS Academy and all products, gear, equipment, and trainers offered by any of these entities shall hereinafter be referred to as “COMPANY” OR “CTS” for the Shipping Policy.

SHIPPING

Most orders ship within one to two business day of receipt. Orders made on weekends will normally ship the next business day. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS at our option. We will always strive to supply you with the best shipping option. You can elect to change the shipping option according to your needs should you prefer a carrier or need the item(s) faster than normal shipping.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, including apartment/suite number, correct zip code and for accepting the parcel at that address. The customer agrees to reimburse the seller for any address correction fee and/ or return shipping costs incurred.

FOREIGN ORDERS

Foreign orders are on a case by case basis.

Returns
Please do not return any merchandise without prior written authorization – no credit will be issued for any such unauthorized return. All claims of return merchandise must be made within 15 days of date of purchase. Product must be returned within twenty one days of invoice date to avoid a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. The CTS Kinetic Flex™ Trainer (all models) must be returned with all components. All shipping charges incurred by the customer as a result of items returned for refund or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

At Cantor Tactical Systems and Seeda Six Media, LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the CTS Kinetic Flex™ Trainer or our other physical products, you may return it within 21 days of invoice date for a full refund.

Return Conditions For CTS Kinetic Flex™ Trainer:

Eligibility: The return policy applies only to the CTS Kinetic Flex™ Trainer purchased from Cantor Tactical Systems and Seeda Six Media, LLC.
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Return Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all included accessories and packaging. Products returned damaged, altered, or in a used condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused.
Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping costs. If the product was shipped with free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets the return conditions.

Exceptions:

Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence will not be eligible for return.

Custom orders or products modified may not be returned.

International Orders
All prices are listed in US dollars ($). International customers are responsible for all additional freight charges including duty and tax. You are responsible for all legal restrictions and prohibited items so please check for any and all legal restrictions on the products you are ordering in your country, region, city or province.

Refund Policy For Defense Coach Certification

All sales of online courses, programs and certifications are subject to each Product’s or Service’s specific cancellation and refund policy, as stated herein:

To Get a Refund, You Must First:

Watch and complete all Phases of the program
Complete all marketing and business strategy
Pick a strategy (and map out your 5-year plan for your active/passive/interest income for the strategy)
Name your defense coaching business officially
Purchase a domain name in the name of your defense coaching business
Complete your defense coach company brand story
Complete your defense coach website and have it running online live with complete contact information including email address and active phone number.
Show proof of at least one actual online marketing campaign for your defense coach business.
Show proof of at least one actual client consultation to a defense coach client.
10. Write up and submit at least one actual defense coach client proposal to an actual verifiable client.

We are not liable for any refund amount due to technical problems on your computer, including but not limited to: printer malfunction, inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, and/or problems due to Internet connectivity.

You agree that CTS, in its sole discretion, may make, and at any time, modify, discontinue, or suspend its operation of this Website, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, without notice to you, and you agree that we will not be liable for the consequences of doing so.

TRAINING IS ESSENTIAL
It is essential for your safety that, before you use certain physical conditioning, defense, tactical or security related products from CTS and Seeda Six Media, LLC (hereinafter CTS), you recognize that your safety and protection is paramount and you may require some level of training or instruction in the safe operation of such products. SPECIAL NOTICE FOR CONCEALED CARRY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, SECURITY AND/OR MILITARY PERSONNEL
Your law enforcement agency or employer may select and provide specific holsters for your use. In these cases it is the responsibility of the department or agency or employer to make the holster selection, not the holster dealer. This should be done after reviewing all of the available alternatives. This review should include an analysis of the quality of construction, performance and other safety and tactical considerations of the holster or any products considered for purchase or that have been purchased.

It is also important to note that no holster is capable of ensuring weapon retention from a determined criminal, or from daily operation while stationary or moving about on or off-duty. It is your responsibility to obtain effective weapon retention training. It is also your responsibility to become proficient in weapon presentation and retention techniques and when and how to employ them. CTS products are only to be used by concealed carry community, military personnel, police and security officers when such persons have received weapon presentation and retention training administered by qualified instructors.

WARNING DANGER: Always test a holster or other gear carrying critical tools and weapons to make sure it has the proper fit. And if testing a holster, only test using an unloaded handgun. CTS recommends that you practice regularly with your holster and any other gear to become familiar and gain proficiency.

INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT REGULARLY
It is your responsibility to perform regular inspections and maintenance of your CTS products. In the event you find your CTS product to be non-functional or damaged, cease use immediately. Contact CTS.
